SDK-Project is ONLINE!

Hey folks!

Last week the website has been down for maintenance. Basically, SDK-Project was stored in a friend’s server and, since he was not going to renew his subscription another year with that hosting company, I was forced to move this website as well. It might be still a bit buggy. I don’t know which could be the consequences of moving the whole site to a new server (I’m actually writing this post with a red and threatening warning boxdisplaying FATAL ERROR right under this text), but I will try to keep this site as healthy as possible.

I haven’t updated this blog with more news about the SDK-Project mod since last summer. Shame on me, as usual, I know, I KNOW. I still feel that an episode of my life will not be completed until I fucking finish that mod. It’s haunting me since 2007 and it will keep haunting me until I release it. I guess things will get better and I will have more time as we approach the release date for “Spec Ops: The Line”, the game I’ve been working on professionally at Yager Development since I moved to Berlin. The game is looking awesome! I’m pretty excited about all the things that will happen this year involving the development of the project and I hope we can show something at the E3 or in the upcoming GamesCon (I’m not the one who can confirm that, unfortunately).

So, now that we have this website back from the ashes, it’s time for a little poll: What kind of stuff would you like to be published more regularly on SDK-Project?

- Personal experiences or opinions about game development.

- More UDK and Source stuff (modding, experiments, digital art)

- More game reviews! (They were kind of interesting to read).

- Anything. It’s your blog, Goddammit!

Thanks to all of you guys for being there! =D

Personal experiences or opinions about game development. :)

I think this is more interesting than others, in my opinion, because you are working on this industry and you can explain your experencies better than other people doesn’t work on it.

I’m going to be waiting for your decision.

I guess I will improvise, as usual. ^^
